Our call centre is open from 6pm weekdays, 12 noon Saturday, all day Sunday and public holidays. Our Doctors are on the road from 6pm weekdays, 12 noon Saturday, all day Sunday and public holidays.

Consultations cannot be booked via email.
Peak Medical GPC can be contacted via email for simple communications. Emails are checked regularly each day and passed on to the intended addressee. Results are not usually sent out via email as we cannot guarantee confidentiality, however under certain circumstances the Doctor and Patient may agree to transmit documents. Written consent must be sent to the Practice stating the exact documentation required. Documents will be filed in Patient Record.
Patient Health Information:
Patient records are kept private and confidential. Peak Medical GPC complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988.

Complaints:
Patients have a ‘right to complain’ and where possible patients and others are encouraged to raise any concerns directly with the practice team who are trained to make sure patients of the practice feel confident that any feedback or complaints made at the practice will be handled appropriately.
Patients and others have opportunities to register their complaints either verbally to staff, in writing (letter) or via our suggestion box.
If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you may contact the Health Complaints Commissioner (HCC). The HCC responds to complaints about health services and the handling of health information in Victoria. Their service is free, confidential and impartial. To lodge a complaint with the HCC:
